hello. this is my website. well, it's under construction but... anyways. a place for me to post my music, ramblings, projects, thoughts, favorite media, and whatever else i see fit.

it probably will be under construction for the foreseeable future, as i work on things slowly but steadily. another exercise in allowing myself to work at my own pace. rough edges guaranteed *ahem* mobile browsers... sorry 'bout that! but maybe get off the phone too idk.

thank you for visiting, and i hope you enjoy your stay!

art of mimo by the wonderful sovietzombie :3

a last little blurb about inspirations.

thank you to em and their website msx.horse for many things. i am sure at least part of why i am so thankful will be made obvious upon visiting their site. to put it simply, this site is basically a shallow clone of theirs. i will eventually fix this and create a more distinct digital personality of my own, but i am very overwhelmed by other things at the moment. besides taking clear stylistic inspiration from their site, i've also stumbled upon halley labs in a variety of isolated instances on the internet, sometimes separated by years. it wasn't until i discovered greenhouse, a later alias in their discog, that i connected the dots; all of these separate encounters were actually linked. this was a single person, spread across a mosaic of representations, feelings, forms, and self. i clicked on msx.horse for the first time, and i knew i wanted to make my own version.

thank you to all of the people who poured time and energy into the open-source assets, knowledge, and art i referenced and utilized in the creation of this site: hack (open-source font), mamp (free development stack upon which this site is built), jisho (amazing online japanese dictionary), stackoverflow (coding help forum), adobe zii (shhhh..... this link will go nowhere...), and sovietzombie once again for bringing mimo into real life!

otherwise, if it hasn't been specifically credited, it was made by me :3
